This study equipped the client with a clear path to build trust, strengthen loyalty, and win share of Hispanic seniors, setting quality standards for how the industry must engage aging populations in an underserved, high-growth segment.

Client Challenge

A leading healthcare provider wanted to strengthen its relationship with Hispanic seniors as they transitioned into and navigated public health insurance. 

The client needed to understand how to move beyond transactions and build trust with the community.

Project Highlight

Curion partnered with community members, caregivers, and local leaders across 3 major cities within a highly targeted population.

Through co-creation sessions moderated by bilingual facilitators, we uncovered how cultural values, independence, trust, and communication preferences shaped their experiences.

Key Learnings

By inviting participants to co-create and shape solutions, we created a genuine partnership that uncovered and explored insights from lived experiences. This collaboration allowed the client to design tailored strategies rooted in empathy, cultural competence, and community-based trust building.
