Biography
As the VP of Operational Excellence Virginia leads the company’s efforts to enhance operational efficiency and continuous improvement across all project execution functions.
In this strategic leadership role she develops and executes operational excellence strategies, streamlines workflows, and ensures service quality and compliance with best practices.
She oversees facilities, offsite fielding, procurement teams, and the Center of Excellence Taskforce, aligning these groups with organizational objectives.
Previously, Virginia worked in other roles within Curion including Curion’s Chief of Staff for several years. She holds an MS degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign where her research focus combined both nutrition and sensory science.
