Biography
Tessa Wiegand, Curion’s Chief Transformation Officer, has a proven track record in driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and transformational change across industries. She joined Curion through Summit Park’s LEAD program and leverages her expertise in business strategy, value creation, and mergers and acquisitions to enhance Curion’s organizational performance and accelerate innovation.
Prior to Curion, She was a member of Alpine Investors’ CEO-in-Training Program where she has led two commercial HVAC businesses and spearheaded strategic initiatives for a healthcare business. Tessa also previously worked in the Transportation and Industrials Group at Oliver Wyman where she led teams to advise Fortune 500 companies on post-merger integrations and operational improvement initiatives.
Born and raised in West Virginia, Tessa received her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and her Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University where she graduated with honors. She lives in Chicago with her husband, Jack, and dog, Chase.
