Curion appoints Ian Pappas as Chief of Staff through Summit Park's LEAD Program to drive strategic growth and M&A integration efforts.

Curion, a leading product testing and insights company, announced the appointment of Ian Pappas as Chief of Staff. Pappas joins the company through Summit Park’s LEAD Program and will serve as a key member of Curion’s senior leadership team.

In his role, Pappas will spearhead critical strategic priorities including growth initiatives, product innovation, M&A activities, organizational design, and margin improvement. He will work closely with executive leadership to translate strategic plans into actionable initiatives that support the company’s annual and three-year objectives.

Pappas brings over eight years of consulting experience from Ernst & Young, where he led teams focused on Go to Market Strategy, Business Transformation, and Post-Acquisition Integration for Fortune 100 and 500 clients across technology, consumer packaged goods, agriculture, and service industries.
