Cris has a deep understanding of client’s needs, which comes from her passion and expertise with years of experience in qualitative, quantitative, and consumer claims experience in the personal care and cosmetics category.


Cris has over 25 years of experience in Sensory Science and Consumer Research with an emphasis on skincare, hygiene, sun care, makeup, hair care and hair color products.

From her vast consumer testing experience, she understands the product development process from concept creation through launch including consumer claims substantiation.

Cris specializes in providing actionable insights to clients’ questions for every stage of the product life cycle. Cris holds a Bachelor of Science from Montclair State University.
