Val is a true partner to her clients, taking the time to understand complex obstacles before uncovering the insights needed to drive success. Val started her career with a chemical engineering degree and a product development role at Kimberly-Clark. After gaining her RIVA moderator license and UGA market research certification, she began executing research for companies in the healthcare, CPG, baby care, and safety product industries. Val’s passion for learning and food eventually led her to specialize in capturing insights for foodservice brands. After eight years of owning and operating Atlanta’s premier commercial test kitchen, Val brings her vast expertise in foodservice insights to her role as Director of Client Services for the South.
