During his 20 years in the market research industry, Jeff has held leadership positions in Insights, Sales, and Account Management at global agency, brand, and SaaS companies including Mars Wrigley and Voxpopme. Jeff has expertise in helping Fortune 500 business teams in CPG, Tech, and Media/Entertainment leverage mixed research methods and technology to better understand and predict consumer behavior. The last several years, Jeff has focused specifically on utilizing technology for in-context research solutions designed to provide better feedback faster and more cost effectively. Jeff has a background in Psychology, receiving a B.A. from UC Santa Barbara. He also holds certifications from University of Georgia (Principles of Marketing Research) and UC Davis (Sensory & Consumer Science).
