In response to Covid-19, Curion changed its consumer payment from on-site, physical payment to digital payment. It has been nearly 2 years since we made that change, and in that time we have received lots of consumer input. We take feedback seriously at Curion, so we went to work to find a new platform that would be easier to use, have great customer support and provide more redemption options for you, our valued consumers.

Digital payments have lots of benefits including the fact that they are contactless, traceable and easy to use.

The Tremendous platform is user friendly. The process of accessing your funds is easier than our previous delivery method, as you do not need a profile or digital wallet. This means there is no need to remember login details, passwords or ID numbers. Once your funds are emailed to you, your digital pre-paid card is just a few clicks away!

Our new partner, Tremendous, allows you to add your virtual Visa card to Google Pay or Apple Pay.

Electronically delivered gift cards are good for the environment! But you can still choose to receive a physical card if you like!

Your card can be used to make online purchases, like you would use a credit card, as long as the amount authorized for the transaction does not exceed the available balance. The billing address associated with your card is the address you entered at redemption. Note that some vendors will require that you provide your billing address at point of purchase to authorize payment.

Your card can be used at any merchant in the United States and District of Columbia where Visa is accepted. However, whether or not the merchant accepts prepaid cards as payment is at their discretion.

Yes. Within the payment email, you will have the option to choose a physical pre-paid card as your preferred payment. The delivery time will be approximately 7-10 business days after your request is processed, and is delivered by USPS.

You must manually choose an option for each payment email you receive. Make sure to confirm your mailing address if selecting to receive a physical pre-paid card. For more information on Physical Cards, click HERE.

When your card arrives, it will come from my-card.com and it will arrive in a plain white envelope with the following return address: PO Box 780298 #62949, Wichita, KS 67278.

Once received, you will need to visit card.tremendous.com to activate your card, which can be used both in-store and online.

If you chose a digital card – Your card does NOT need to be activated. You simply need to click through a series of links to access your card number.

If you chose a physical card – Your card will arrive in a plain, non-branded envelope from my-card.com.  You will be asked to visit my-card.com to enter a 20-digit code, which is on the back of the card.

$0. At Curion we value you as a loyal consumer and we want to make sure your full incentive is available to you, even if you choose to have a physical card mailed to you.

Your card has been issued to you with a specific value and is not reloadable.

No. Each time you participate, you will receive a new payment link with the incentive amount for that study. Because each card has been issued to you with a specific value and is not reloadable, multiple cards cannot be combined.

Please note you will NOT be able to use a physical card:

  • If a merchant attempts to authorize more than the card balance.
  • For ATM withdrawals, cash back, or cash advance.
  • For transactions greater that 80% of the balance when a gratuity is involved.

You will need to provide your email address, full name, and a valid home address (P.O. boxes are not allowed). You must also read and agree to the Cardholder Agreement.

The Tremendous Visa Rewards Card is subject to certain federal banking rules and regulations, which require a minimum amount of information from customers. In addition, the information you submit will be used as billing information for the card.

Yes, once the reward is redeemed, it’s subject to the terms of the reward option chosen by the recipient. In general, US Visa cards (both Virtual & Direct Shipped Physical) expire six months after they are redeemed. If your funds expire, please contact help@tremendous.com.

Tremendous is a trusted partner of Curion. Note that the information required to access funds Tremendous is similar to creating an account with Curion to become a Consumer.

Your digital rewards are not transferable. However, you may choose to have a pre-paid card sent to you and then pass that along. (Remember that they may need to be aware of the billing address you registered the card under to be able to use it.)

When your earnings exceed $600, you are required by law to fill out a W9 form. You will be reminded when your earnings are close to, but have not exceeded, the $600 threshold so that Curion can provide a 1099 to you for tax purposes.

If you have not received payment within 72 hours after the completion of your study, please contact a Curion representative for assistance. Note that some cross-market studies may have a slightly longer processing time and could delay your payment.

Please contact Curion at (800) 291-1907 with your panelist ID, date and time of survey, and amount you should have been paid, and we will help you resolve the issue.

Curion makes its best efforts to have each consumer participate in studies for which they have qualified.  Curion reserves the right to enact its “Pay and Send” policy due to situations including but not limited to, cancelled studies, product availability, etc.  In these instances, consumers will receive 50% of the intended study compensation (minimum payment of $25 / maximum payment of $75) and will not be required to participate in their scheduled study. “Pay and Send” payments are processed following Curion’s standard timeline and will be delivered via email within 48-72 hours from study completion.

When your Curion earnings exceed $600, you will be notified via Tremendous and receive a pop-up message prior to accessing your reward. This message will direct you to a W9 capture process which will require that you input your information. A sample W9 will be displayed on your screen with prompts to guide you through the information you will need to complete and submit the form. Note that if you do not exceed $600 in earnings from Curion in a calendar year, no action is required

Google Pay 
 
  1. In the Google Pay app, at the top right, tap your profile picture or initial.
  2. Tap the account you want to use to add a debit or credit card.
  3. Swipe up from the bottom.
  4. Tap Add a card  Debit or credit card.
  5. Use the camera to capture your card info or enter it manually.
  6. If you’re asked to verify your payment method, choose an option from the list. Learn how to verify your payment method.
  7. Find and enter the verification code,
 
Apple Pay 
 
  1. In the Wallet app, tap the Add button .
  2. Tap Debit or Credit Card.
  3. Tap Continue.
  4. Follow the steps on the screen to add a new card. If prompted, choose your bank or card issuer from the list or find them using the search bar.
  5. Verify your information with your bank or card issuer. They might ask you to provide additional information or to download an app before approving your card for use with Apple Pay.
  6. If you have a paired Apple Watch, you have the option to also add the card to your watch.
Our standard procedure is to send your incentive to your email address associated with your Curion account. 
If you cannot access that account, or the reward is not coming through (and is not in your junk mail) we will need to cancel your original payment and resend to a new email address.  
To resend to a new email address, please contact Curion Customer Service at (800) 291-1907 and provide the following information:

Date of study 
Original email address  
New email address to resend to (don’t forget to update this in your profile!) 
 
If you are submitting a revised email, please allow 3-5 business days for your payment to be resent. 
Please make sure to check your spam and promotions folder when searching for a payment. 
To prevent future payments from going to your spam folder, whitelist, allow or add this email address to your email account: rewards@reward.tremendous.com(see instructions here) 
 
If you are still experiencing issues, contact Curion Customer Service at (800) 291-1907. They can easily resend your reward to your email address, so that it jumps to the top of your mailbox., 

For best results, Tremendous recommends using Google Chrome or Safari when redeeming a payment.

Once you receive your physical card in the mail you will need to activate it. This is a safety measure to ensure that the card is registered in your name.  
To activate your card, visit either www.my-card.com or https://reward.tremendous.com/visa-cards. These links can also be found in your physical card confirmation email. 
In either location, you’ll need to enter your ACTIVATION Code, which can be found on the back of your physical card (see example below in the red circle).
